§ 38–2661.31. Rules governing interscholastic athletics programs.
Within 120 days after the April 7, 2017, the Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2 , shall issue rules, consistent with this chapter , governing interscholastic athletics programs in the District.

Applicability
Section 7033 of D.C. Law 22-33 repealed § 301 of D.C. Law 21-263 . Therefore the changes made to this section by D.C. Law 21-263 have been given effect.
Applicability of D.C. Law 21-263 : § 301 of D.C. Law 21-263 provided that the creation of this section by § 113 of D.C. Law 21-263 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
