§ 32–131.01. Definitions.

Effect of Amendments

The 2014 amendment by D.C. Law 20-89 rewrote (2); and substituted “who directly or indirectly or through an agent or any other person, including through the services of a temporary services or staffing agency or similar entity, employs or exercises control over the wages, hours, or working conditions of” for “who employs” in (3).
