§ 31–106.03. Rules.

Within 180 days of February 18, 2017, the Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, shall issue rules to implement of provisions of §§ 31-106.02, 31-106.02a, 31-106.02b, 31-106.02c, 31-106.02d and 31-106.02e(a).
