Law 18-321, the “Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Amendment Act of 2010”, was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 18-1003, which was referred to the Committee on Aging and Community Affairs. Signed by the Mayor on December 9, 2010, it was assigned Act No. 18-642 and transmitted to both Houses of Congress for its review. D.C. Law 18-321 became effective on March 12, 2011.
