Law 18-220, the “Commercial Driver’s License Minimum Age Requirement Amendment Act of 2010”, was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 18-325, which was referred to the Committee on Public Works and Transportation. Signed by the Mayor on June 28, 2010, it was assigned Act No. 18-445 and transmitted to both Houses of Congress for its review. D.C. Law 18-220 became effective on September 24, 2010.
