§ 47–1099.14. Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.; Lot 813, Square 0154.

(a) The real property, and any improvements on the property, located at 1708 S Street, NW, known for tax and assessment purposes as Lot 813, Square 0154 ("Property"), shall be exempt from the tax imposed by [Chapter 8 of this title] for the period beginning January 1, 2024, and ending January 1, 2034, so long as the Property is owned by Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

(b) The tax exemption provided pursuant to this section shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other tax relief or assistance from any other source applicable to the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
