§ 2–1217.35d–1. Grant authorization.

Notwithstanding part B of subchapter XII-A of Chapter 3 of Title 1, the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development may issue a grant in an amount not to exceed $15 million to the Developer for the purpose of supporting the completion of the project.
